How this list works
By city, with the confirmed 2026 date
Each entry names a real municipal tree lighting, its city, and its confirmed 2026 date, with a short line on what happens around the ceremony. Dates and times come from the official city sources, and no event appears here without a confirmed date for the season.
The honest note
Many other Georgia downtowns hold their own lightings, often with parades, vendors, and Santa. This list covers the verified 2026 events; for a broader seasonal roundup, Explore Georgia's parades guide links below, and confirm the time with each city before you head out.
