A neighborhood of Atlanta · Midtown
The Midtown Guide
Midtown is Atlanta's cultural and business core, the strip of towers and green space between downtown and Buckhead. Peachtree Street runs through it as an arts corridor, the corporate high-rises climb behind Piedmont Park, and the neighborhood carries a real share of the city's offices, theaters, and museums.
For a visitor or a new resident it is the most walkable version of Atlanta: museums and a concert hall on one block, the park a few minutes away, and MARTA's North Avenue and Midtown stations on the rail line.

What it is like to live in Midtown
Midtown housing runs from high-rise condos and apartments near the park and the MARTA stations to older bungalows on the side streets. It is one of the most walkable, transit-connected parts of the city, and the trade-off is the density and the traffic on the connector. Verify the school line and the county side for any address before you commit.
