Project Overview
The Sanctuary at Duncan Creek (formerly the MFT Braselton Highway Tract) is a highly anticipated new mixed-use and residential development located at the northwestern corner of Braselton Highway and Spout Springs Road.
This expansive 76.72-acre project will feature a new single-family subdivision designed as a Traditional Neighborhood Development (TND), bringing 186 new lots to the area alongside significant retail and commercial space. A key community feature of this development is a planned trail connection to nearby Duncan Creek Park.
